The Maryland Department of Assessments & Taxation (the Department) creates different reports and statistical analysis throughout the year, many of which are contained in this annual report. Some examples include statistics on the Homeowners & Renters Tax Credits, the Assessable Base Report, the Real Property Ratio Report, and other information pertaining to Enterprise Zones and department-level appeals. This Annual Report also provides descriptions of each of the programs that are part of the Department.​​
