Pursuant to Maryland law, the Department has developed these forms for use by ground rent lease holders.
Ground rent leaseholders must use these forms to satisfy the statutory requirements to issue ground rent bills and providing notice of court actions for possession due to non payment of ground rent. (MD REAL PROP § 8-807 (c)(2) & (d)(2); MD REAL PROP § 8-809 (b)(1)).
