The Tax Court’s present practice is to set pre-trial conferences within the first week of the second month after the case is filed. Because of this condensed timeframe between appeal filing and decision, all requests for discovery, pre-trial conference, and/or depositions must be given to OAG as soon as possible after the date of filing. ​
