Supervisors of Assessments may establish work shifts within their offices, but must provide not less than a 30 minute lunch break for each employee who works 5 hours or more. Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 a.m. or end as late as 5:30 p.m.

Offices are to be open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. unless documentation has been provided to the State Supervisor's Office which explains the inability to comply.
