This item contains separate spaces for the applicant to list either the "Property/Account Number" utilized as the property identifier in the twenty-three counties of the State or the Ward, Section, Block and Lot number utilized exclusively for properties located in Baltimore City.

The applicant can find the appropriate property identifying number on either the July tax bill or on his/her last assessment notice, which was mailed once during the past three years depending upon the group in the triennial assessment cycle.
