All systems are operational.
System Resets: Please view the scheduled update chart below. Also the Annapolis Data Center (ADC) resets our business data systems each day between 4:00 - 6:00 A.M. This may disrupt service on some of our systems for about 10 minutes between those times. Our web servers are reset each day between 5:00 and 7:00 A.M. Eastern Time. There may be occasional, unexpected outages of up to 15 minutes that will not be reflected on this page. Unexpected outages that occur outside normal business hours may not be reflected on this page. Our website service providers are alerted when any part of our site is down, and will work to restore service as soon as possible.

Maryland Business Express (MBE): unavailable the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5:00 - 6:00 PM.
HTC: The Homestead Application is unavailable on Sunday's from 12:00 PM - Midnight.
RP: Real Property searching may not be fully available during the updating time frame indicated above.
At all other times online systems are available for normal use.
